Circuit training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that challenges your muscular strength, endurance and cardiorespiratory system.


Tabata training is a very popular form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of high intensity exercises using a  20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Tabata circuits are designed to push your body to their limit and are a great way to maximise calories burned in a limited time period. 


These two training styles combined offer the ultimate full body workout and ensure an exercise class is never repetitive or boring.
